Goods will not be accepted back for credit unless advice is given to BSN Fittings Ltd. within 7 days of invoice date and the goods are accompanied with a "Request for Credit" detailing invoice number and reason for return.
Goods will not be accepted for credit where:
- They are not in the same condition as they were dispatched from our store in.
- Any goods are cut, re-worked or used.
- Any goods are specially manufactured or brought in to customer specifications.
A restocking fee applies to all returns unless there has been an error on the part of BSN Fittings Ltd.
